About me
I received my Master's Degree at The University of Pennsylvania in 2000 and have over 20 year's professional experience providing individual, couples, group and family therapy in a variety of settings. My experience includes working with a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to, Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar Disorder, ADHD, PTSD, ODD, Adjustment Disorders and Personality Disorders. I specialize in trauma and attachment based treatment, including sensory regulation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness work. I value acceptance, open communication, compassion, honesty, integrity and equity in treatment for all individuals I serve. I understand that everyone has unique strengths, needs and life challenges and I endeavor to treat everyone with dignity and respect, no matter your circumstances. I have been described by my clients as "sincere", "compassionate", and "able to engage even the most challenging individuals". My goal is to provide high quality and compassionate services that are tailored to each individual's specific needs.

I have only had 2 sessions with Nadine so far and I feel so safe sharing my thoughts and I always feel listened to when having sessions with Nadine. She is the perfect mix of listening while also offering sound advice. I would recommend her to anyone as I feel like her style is so versatile.
