Nancy Moothart, LMFT
About me
For over 25 years, I have been helping people face and deal with challenges in their lives. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and some of the issues I have experience dealing with include anxiety, depression, stress management, parenting, divorce and co-parenting, as well as life transitions.
Every client is unique and I use an integrated approach to meet each individual's needs. I often use strategies from Cognitive/Behavioral Therapies, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment, and Family Systems, among others. What I offer is a judgement-free, compassionate space for you to deal with whatever is challenging you right now, and plenty of tools to help bring you some relief. I will gladly face your struggles with you.
