My name is Naomi Flowers, LCSW-C. I'm 57, and I live in Maryland. If you read this, then you are beyond ready to make a difference in your life and care for yourself more. I' This step is the most crucial step. Learn to care for yourself, then care for others. I can give: at my age, I've experienced or seen most of what's out there. Depression, sexual assault, suicidal thoughts and feelings, guilt, parent-child relationship building, military, and weather-related traumas, etc. I have advanced practice credentials for Clinical Social Work, LCSW-C to accompany my varied experiences. My experience includes providing services to military members and their families with and without deployment experiences. I have about ten years of active duty experience. My treatment approaches remain the same in the concept of starting where the client is. The sessions are a nuisance based on what the client feels they need to talk about. I use methods and techniques which work best with the client. What clients need is something I learn. I apply techniques needed to assist them with moving forward in their recovery.

Naomi says the things you feel but can't quite put into words. I got so much out of my first visit with her. I didn't think I would like or appreciate therapy, but I actually look forward to it.

I am very grateful for the time spent with Naomi. I felt more confident and reassured after speaking with her. She was able to speak to me from a clinical and spiritual aspect as well. I seriously needed them both. I highly recommend her services. She's the best.
A very understanding and receptive therapist. Expresses no judgement in the preferences or lifestyle of others. Very receptive and identifies what is healthy and unhealthy in life while giving solid input and advice. Highly recommended therapist.
