About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Georgia with over 15 years of experience providing services that support the natural healing, growth and empowerment for those in need.
Over the years I have worked with clients who are struggling with wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work/personal life stress, family dynamics, and overwhelm from unhealed trauma.
Life can be hard, and sometimes it leaves us feeling stressed, confused, scared or simply overwhelmed. As such, I honor the wisdom within each person and adopt a compassion-focused approach to my work with clients.
It takes courage to seek help while navigating the storms of life. As a counselor, I want to help you find your anchor and your true north. I look forward to working with you.
