I'm a seasoned psychotherapist who has extensive training and experience in the field of mental health. For the past 30 years I have worked at major academic hospital in New York City where I've gained expertise in working with a multitude of individuals with various issues, some of which are the diagnosis of a new serious illness, divorce, loss of a job, children leaving home, aging, death of a family member.
My passion is working with individuals who are going through transitions or life changes. Although transitions are normal, some can be difficult and worrisome, producing anxiety and depression. My years of expertise as a professional as well as someone who has gone through life changes herself, will offer support and a positive way to build new chapters in peoples lives.
