Natalie was pretty helpful for me. She really helped my feel like the way I was feeling in that moment in time was ok. She gave me different breathing exercises and meditations to do to help me cope with what I was going through at the time. She is very sweet and understanding and good at putting things into perspective.

I’ve been working with Natalie for about 2ish weeks now I want to say and so far it’s been helpful ( the counseling and Natalie ) . I’ve never really stuck with counseling before so actually sticking with it is new for me. During these past few weeks I’ve already realized some thing about myself I probably wouldn’t have realized otherwise. Natalie is very understanding, compassionate, safe, and she’s very easy to talk to. I feel like better help matched me with the perfect counselor for my situation!

Natalie is incredible. I have never met this woman face to face, yet she is able to know exactly how I'm feeling and what is going through my mind. She is an expert at recommending solutions to combat multitudes of issues. For a person who has very few people to talk to about a very difficult time in my life, I'm happy I found Natalie and BetterHelp.

Natalie is friendly and understanding. She can quickly know what I am going through and what kind of help I need. It is very nice to have Natalie be a reassuring voice about problems that I generally don’t voice to others.
