About me

I am licensed in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, addiction and depression. I have worked in community-based outpatient settings, residential treatment and universities. I know the benefits of therapy as I started my journey with a therapist 8 years ago and it saved my life. I love the work I have done over the past 4 years over the various therapeutic settings. It takes courage to seek out professional help from a therapist. It can feel daunting looking for the right fit for your needs. I look forward to meeting you virtually and coming up with a plan that works for you! También hablo español!

I just started therapy with Natasha but I can already tell she is having a huge impact on me. She is supportive and easy to talk to but also clearly brings expertise with logical, clear-headed advice/guidance and insights that seem grounded in best practices but tailored for my needs. 10/10 would recommend, I wish all my family and friends could have her as a therapist.
