I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work in Arizona with over 18 years of experience working as a mental health therapist in multiple settings such as community mental health, crisis, acute hospitals, and private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD , grief/bereavement, and life challenges. I believe that the therapist and individual take the journey together in order to achieve a successful outcome. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and motivational interviewing.
