Written on Dec 04, 2022 after therapy with Natasha for 3 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, self esteem, and career difficulties

Natasha has been really great, she adapts her style when I tell her something is or isn’t working for me. She helps me dig deeper into my thoughts asking questions to guide me along. I’ve been feeling a lot better after only a month or two of working with her. Very thankful to have found her.

I have been feeling supported and guided by Natasha, both in the sessions and in between them over text. She's been helping me through different difficult situations and emotions I've dealt with - she's always very friendly, encouraging and professional

Natasha is great, she is able to offer a different perspective which has lead me to take more control over my social anxiety. She has taught me a lot in such few sessions.
