About me

My name is Natashe Connor and I am a warm, caring and dedicated BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with several years of experience. I am passionate about providing the highest quality of care.

I have a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Leeds Beckett University. My training was integrative in nature, with a therapeutic model that incorporated theory from four broad approaches to talking therapy, these were the Person-Centred Approach, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Existential and Psychodynamic models, this means I am trained in a variety of therapeutic models that I integrate to meet client’s’ individual needs.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns so whatever you might be going through, whether it be something specific; a recent bereavement or loss, relationship difficulties, feeling depressed, stressed and anxious or a more general sense of sadness or dissatisfaction. I have also helped many women, supporting them through the menopause.

My warmth and acceptance will help us build a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel truly heard and understood, even when things in your life may be difficult. I will be led by what you need from therapy and will help you explore and understand your challenges and support you to feel empowered to make changes.

Please note that I am based and work from the United Kingdom (UK). Therefore I am Governed under a UK jurisdiction and contract is subject to the law applicable to where I live in the UK, this will be English and Welsh.
