Nathan is a wonderful therapist and person. He takes the time to truly understand your concerns and better yet helps you reveal the sources of your concerns, even those unbeknownst to you.

A great therapist who gave me a lot of practical advice on coping with negative thoughts. CBT really helped me improve my base-line mood.

I've been seeing Nathan for a while now and I leave every session feeling amped up about my MH journey. I've had a few therapists over the years and Nathan has been the one I've stuck with the longest. He's down to earth doesn't promise lofty goals and makes me feel like I'm able to get through any issues that come up without the strategies he suggests coming off like an academic excercise he's just read in a book like a lot of therapists I've had in the past have.
