As a therapist, I strive to help my clients take their moments of devastation and use them to fuel their growth and restoration. I listen with a heart of compassion and empathy, without judgement. I feel it is of the utmost importance, that my clients know they have a safe place to vent, grieve, share, and grow.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and possess my master’s degree in Counseling. My professional experiences have led me to those clients who are struggling with grief, stress/anxiety, self-esteem, or life transitions such as divorce and career change. I provide individual counseling for adults ages 20 and up. I do not provide services for children/teens, family therapy or couples counseling. I use a person-centered approach as well as cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and motivational therapies to help empower my clients to discover their own passions by getting in touch with the best parts of themselves to create and reach the goals that they most desire to fulfill.
As we work together, I will help you tap into those internal resources to create an environment to gently stretch and challenge yourself to reach your goals. Together we will identify why the life you’re living no longer works for you. We will identify your reasons for your desire to change and develop measurable short-term strategies that will keep you motivated to reach your long-term goals.
Choice…is a beautiful gift provided to us in this life if we use it to embrace love over fear. It begins with looking in the mirror and remembering the person looking back is worth loving and fighting for. You have the power to change your life! I will walk right alongside of you every step of the way…you are not alone in your journey. It is not the fear itself which scares us…it is having the courage to break free from its grasp and look beyond the fear to become stronger, wiser, and realize that its love…not fear, which saves us!

I have been working with Seebe for a few months and I really look forward to my sessions with her. She is extremely helpful and is a great listener. When you speak with Seebe, it is easy to see off the bat that she is a great therapist, but I am truly impressed by her ability to create a safe space for me, no matter what the issue may be. She helps alleviate anxiety and asks the right questions that need to be asked. I really appreciate Seebe's authenticity and ability to make me feel safe and comfortable.
