Hello, and it is nice to meet you. I am Nichole and I am a licensed mental health provider in Upstate New York. I have been an online provider for 7 years and have been in the mental health field for 16 years. I completed professional training at the University of Rochester, and have held many roles within direct care, leadership and research. I have worked with students, military, law enforcement, business executives, talent and many other populations. My specialties are depression, anxiety, PTSD and addictions. I often use CBT, DBT, and Trauma Based practices.

My style is a client-centered approach. I like to have conversations with you about your life, your thoughts, your behaviors, and your take on how you'd like to better yourself. I believe therapy is a holistic process.

We are here to work together and help you to get through what you are going through.
