I loved working with Dr. Jones. she was very helpful and efficient. She is also knowledgeable about psychotropic medication which was very helpful in my case. She gave me information on the medication that I was taking beyond what my primary physician shared. The additional information put me at ease regarding the side effects, how it works to lessen my anxiety, and the importance of taking it regularly. Dr. Jones is a very knowledgeable and caring counselor. She helps me to look at issues in a new way, and I always find myself going back to advice she gives me in our sessions. I always feel so much better after speaking with her, and she gives me action items to work on in between our sessions.
