Nicole Belgrave, LMHC
About me
Therapy is a place where you can process your thoughts and identify how your feelings play a role in your daily decision making. My goal is to provide compassion, empathy and a safe space for individuals to gain insight in understanding themselves. My passion as a therapist is to de-stigmatize and bring awareness of mental health in diverse populations.
I utilize an integrative approach to meet the needs of each client individually. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, gestalt theory and person-centered theories. In addition, I am trained in evidence based models like Functional Family Therapy where mental health concerns are addressed with the family as a unit.
I look forward to working with you as a compass on your exploration of self-awareness.

Nicole has been a Godsend. She has helped me for over a year deal with my anxiety, providing much needed coping mechanisms. Her ability to relate to me as well helps a lot when it comes to the issues I bring up in our sessions. I trust her and that makes being open so much easier.

I am 100% happy and feel very safe and supported with Nicole! She is extremely insightful and I always learn new things after every appointment. I have been in and out of the mental health system since I was a child and I am 27 now. I have made so much progress with Nicole in a short period of time. I have learned many new coping techniques that are individualized to my system’s mental health needs. I never feel judged in her presence and am excited to continue to learn and grow with her support and expertise

Nicole has really been a god send to me. I have been in and out of therapy my whole life. A lot of therapists I haven’t clicked with, but I have with her and I’m just so so thankful.
