About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, physiological concerns including cancer or serious illness, end of life and hospice care, as well as grief and loss. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is interactive and empathetic. I believe in treating others with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, person-centered, and mindfulness counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek treatment, and it can be a scary first step! If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you throughout your journey.

I look forward to working with you!
