Hello everyone--thank you for taking the time to read this. I am a licensed therapist in Illinois with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. During each session, I do not sit there and say nothing. I actively engage a client, ask questions and constantly provide feedbacks. I do challenge when necessary but in a respectful and compassionate way, and with humility. Sometimes I like to use humor but only when it's appropriate. At this time, I prefer to maintain a smaller caseload. By doing that, I feel that I would be able to provide an increased quality, focused care on each client. I feel I am more effective as a therapist if I remember and know who I am working with. It's my mission to have each client felt glad for reaching out to Betterhelp to get support.
