Nicole Niedfeldt, LPCC
About me
I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, and perinatal mental health concerns. I have a particular passion for working with college-age students managing the stress of life transitions, individuals struggling with anxiety and depression who feel stuck in negative thinking and rumination, and women facing infertility, pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, or loss.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practices. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions and coping strategies.
Having worked in a variety of settings and programs, I understand that every person’s journey is unique. I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs and supporting you as you work towards your personal goals. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience and healing in a compassionate, empowering environment.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing, I invite you to reach out for a session. I look forward to partnering with you on your path to well-being.
