About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona with over 15 years experience. I work with a variety of clients who are experiencing difficulties in their daily lives and in their relationships. These difficulties may come from a history of trauma, current depression or anxiety, parent/child interaction concerns, as well as many other conditions. I am a client centered practitioner who values authenticity in all of its forms. It is my sincere belief that we each bring expertise to the therapy session and it is the joining of mutually respected individuals that allows growth and movement.

I strive to create a safe holding environment in which you are free to feel vulnerable. I work from the Attachment Theory perspective and utilize Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, and psycho-education to help clients connect the dots of their lives and improve their overall self worth and interpersonal interactions. As we move through developing the therapeutic relationship we will develop goals that guide our work.

I look forward to meeting you and know that the journey can be hard but having someone to walk beside you through those difficult times usually eases some of the burden.
