Nicole Wellendorf, LICSW
About me
I am a Licensed Independent clinical social worker in Minnesota. I've worked in the field for 9 years. My early work experience was with children with trauma. Over the past 9 years,I have been working with teens and adults with trauma, family conflict, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help people understand themselves and their thoughts. I also use a trauma informed lens when helping people understand behaviors and emotions.
Therapy is a journey that helps a person learn more, develop abilities to cope with problems, and to become a new version of themselves. I am warm and welcoming to all. My goal is to help all understand their story and begin writing the rest from a new perspective.
