Nils Ringo, LMFT
About me
I enjoy working with individuals and relationships to move toward healing, resilience, acceptance, and growth. My approach to therapy is systemic and humanistic. In therapy, all parts of identity, relationship, and experience are welcome.
My priorities are to provide a safe space to understand each client and to collaborate to achieve therapeutic goals. Based on client needs, therapy looks like: skill-building and measuring successes, processing difficult emotions, moving through grief and hurts, fostering authenticity and connection in self and relationships.
I earned my Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University. I primarily work in private practice in Seattle, Washington.
