I have been helped by my time with Nimisha and am planning to continue for a bit longer because she understands and helps me get to resolution and progress.
Nimisha is amazing! She makes me feel heard and respected and helps me come up with great strategies, provides really helpful resources, and really challenges me to be introspective. She is also a real expert in eating disorder treatment which has made such an improvement to my mental health already.
