About me

Welcome! For the last 20 years I have worked with thousands of individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health issues, grief, loss and trauma, and general every day life stressors. I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master’s Certified Addiction Counselor and Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hollins University, and earned an Masters in Substance Abuse Counseling from Nova Southeastern University Center for Psychological Studies. Additionally, I studied Human Development at The Lynch School of Education and Human Development at Boston College. I utilize my extensive educational knowledge and professional background in the substance abuse and mental health field in combination with my telehealth experience and expertise to facilitate exceptional, compassionate, personalized, highly individualized client focused care.
