My work is integrative of mind, body, and spirit because I believe that the process of transformation involves all aspects of who we are. I also have a social justice orientation that addresses the social conditioning which contributes to our personal and collective suffering.

I will work with you to identify the root cause of the patterns that are creating disease and disharmony in your life. We will work together to increase your connection to internal and external resources to support you through the process of transforming old ways of being that are no longer serving you. You will begin to develop a more profound sense of stability within yourself that can bring you a greater sense of ease, freedom, and fulfillment in your life.
