Nirmala Jagannath, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and a clinical social worker, licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Nirmala is a founder of TransitionEase, an organization that provides mental health services and advocacy to adults and families in San Diego and surrounding areas.
Nirmala has had several years of extensive experience at inpatient/outpatient hospital programs, like Scripps Hospital, San Luis Rey Hospital and Tri City, providing services for patients with mental and emotional challenges.
