I took a break from therapy for a while, starting it up again one of my main worries was that I wouldn't be able to meet with Nisha. She is patient and takes time to understand the world from your viewpoint and offers small nudges to help change it for the better

Nisha is an amazing listener and provides the right resources at the right time. It feels like I make progress twice as fast working with her compared to other therapists.

My therapist really makes me feel seen and heard. She asks the right questions, challenges me to think deeper, and holds space for me without judgment. It feels good to have someone help me navigate life while also reminding me to choose myself.
