About me

Hello: My name is Noelle Vignola and I've been a social worker for over thirty years, which has included work in medicine/trauma, end of life care, private counseling practice, bioethics, and workshops on such topics as mindfulness, work/life balance, adaptive thinking, and releasing shame and judgment. My coaching practice focuses on removing key blocks and/or limitations to one's personal development and growth. These often involve but are not limited to, such topics as developing mindfulness and insight, increasing self-love, honoring one's spiritual path, learning boundary setting, career development, releasing negative thought patterns and behaviors, and the development, where appropriate, of focused goal setting with specific attainment processes. My counseling and therapeutic work include experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, as well as, group and individual therapy. I have an extensive background in grief/bereavement, motivational/inspirational work, increasing self-esteem/self-worth, and developing a sense of personal vision for the life one wishes to live and experience.

I am the author of "Into Your Meditation" https://amzn.to/3wvDulG and speak on a wide variety of mindfulness, insight, and meditation topics. I have lived all over the country and now reside in the Denver Metro area. My skill set is vast and varied. I am trained in a multitude of modalities such as CBT, solution-based therapy, positive psychology, as well as, much more concrete and ready tools from my coaching training. I also use a great deal of laughter. It may be one of the best healing modalities of all. I utilize techniques that best suit each client. If a modality or targeted intervention doesn't work, I have dozens of others to pull on. Each person is a unique configuration of experiences and life responses. Thus, the treatment should be tailored to your specific needs. There is no such thing as failure in self-improvement work. It's about the right technique, at the right time, with the right client. Each effort always uncovers something, so there can be no true failures, either. My work is to help you see into yourself and discover the inherent gifts and knowledge the help you heal, grow and move past your current understanding of yourself. We are all so much more than what we could ever imagine. Our pain is not solely about our pasts and unhealed hurts. It is also about our fear of really looking at ourselves and seeing who we truly are - love.

Her questions, her points, her suggestions has made me go through one of the harder moments of my life. I love her straight forward but kind approach and how she guides me through my own toughs to create clarity and make me put in discussion beliefs that keep me from improving my life. I can totally recommend her!

Always sharp and hitting the target. Quick response, to the point, clear instructions.

Noelle is the first therapist I've had that has actually helped me change. She is practical, compassionate and won't let you get away with your BS. I fully endorse Noelle.

I started BetterHelp somewhat skeptical that it'd be of any use. I was surprised when I met Noelle during our first session. If you want someone to just listen to your problems, smile and nod, she'll do that. BUT she's also about taking action, straight talk, and cracking the whip, this is what I personally find helpful. I thought I want to just try things for a month then cancel out, but now I can actually see Noelle being a helpful mentor and partner for the long run.
