Hello: My name is Noelle Vignola and I've been a social worker for over thirty years, which has included work in medicine/trauma, end of life care, private counseling practice, bioethics, and workshops on such topics as mindfulness, work/life balance, adaptive thinking, and releasing shame and judgment. My coaching practice focuses on removing key blocks and/or limitations to one's personal development and growth. These often involve but are not limited to, such topics as developing mindfulness and insight, increasing self-love, honoring one's spiritual path, learning boundary setting, career development, releasing negative thought patterns and behaviors, and the development, where appropriate, of focused goal setting with specific attainment processes. My counseling and therapeutic work include experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, as well as, group and individual therapy. I have an extensive background in grief/bereavement, motivational/inspirational work, increasing self-esteem/self-worth, and developing a sense of personal vision for the life one wishes to live and experience.
I am the author of "Into Your Meditation" https://amzn.to/3wvDulG and speak on a wide variety of mindfulness, insight, and meditation topics. I have lived all over the country and now reside in the Denver Metro area. My skill set is vast and varied. I am trained in a multitude of modalities such as CBT, solution-based therapy, positive psychology, as well as, much more concrete and ready tools from my coaching training. I also use a great deal of laughter. It may be one of the best healing modalities of all. I utilize techniques that best suit each client. If a modality or targeted intervention doesn't work, I have dozens of others to pull on. Each person is a unique configuration of experiences and life responses. Thus, the treatment should be tailored to your specific needs. There is no such thing as failure in self-improvement work. It's about the right technique, at the right time, with the right client. Each effort always uncovers something, so there can be no true failures, either. My work is to help you see into yourself and discover the inherent gifts and knowledge the help you heal, grow and move past your current understanding of yourself. We are all so much more than what we could ever imagine. Our pain is not solely about our pasts and unhealed hurts. It is also about our fear of really looking at ourselves and seeing who we truly are - love.

Her questions, her points, her suggestions has made me go through one of the harder moments of my life. I love her straight forward but kind approach and how she guides me through my own toughs to create clarity and make me put in discussion beliefs that keep me from improving my life. I can totally recommend her!

Always sharp and hitting the target. Quick response, to the point, clear instructions.

Noelle is the first therapist I've had that has actually helped me change. She is practical, compassionate and won't let you get away with your BS. I fully endorse Noelle.

I started BetterHelp somewhat skeptical that it'd be of any use. I was surprised when I met Noelle during our first session. If you want someone to just listen to your problems, smile and nod, she'll do that. BUT she's also about taking action, straight talk, and cracking the whip, this is what I personally find helpful. I thought I want to just try things for a month then cancel out, but now I can actually see Noelle being a helpful mentor and partner for the long run.

I have been working with Noelle for about 3 weeks now, and am so grateful to BetterHelp for matching us. Noelle listens to my concerns and responds honestly and directly. She allows me to self direct what I would like to talk about and when, and offers tons of awesome resources- and coaching on how to access them. I am excited to keep working with Noelle, and feel I have finally found a therapist that is a good fit. Thank you, Noelle!

Noelle is an amazing therapist, she knows when to listen and when to push. She challenges you and pushes you to confront what you’re really feeling and the reality of the role you play in your situation and how to take control. Highly recommend

Noelle is phenomenal!!!
I was in a toxic relationship that was full of gas lighting, deceit, and left me emotionally wounded after the break up.
Noelle was very blunt about my codependancy issues and helped me paint the picture of why I stayed so long. She assigned homework that encouraged me to take a deep dive into who I am as a person and allowed me to understand my wants, needs, and create boundaries.
I had 4 sessions with her and was able to bounce back from the break up in high spirits with a solid understanding of what I want in a future relationship.
I am so grateful to have her help me along my journey.
You are amazing!
Thanks Noelle!!!

She seems very skilled at parsing what someone needs. After spending roughly 49 minutes talking she surmised that EMDR therapy would probably be the best option for me.
I didn't spend a lot of time with her, but I immensely appreciated her words and support during our interaction. I would highly recommend her services.

Lessened, asked great questions and provided resources that really helped me understand myself and how I could move forward with healthier behaviors and thought processes.
Written on Sep 05, 2022 after therapy with Noelle for 1 month on issues concerning self esteem, career difficulties, and coping with life changes
Had one good session with this therapist. The next session I was feeling pretty exhausted (due to time difference for the session) and was finding it hard to fully express myself. The therapist told me that session that she didn't care if I got better or not and it makes no difference to her. For someone with attachment issues I took this really badly from someone I was supposed to confide in and am paying a lot of money for help. I thought this was a really and cruel approach from a therapist. Maybe others like this tough love attitude, but for me I did not appreciate it at all. I cancelled therapy with betterhelp/noelle after this, as the whole interaction just left me feeling like I was being used as a cash cow and laughed at...

Hands down the best BetterHelp therapist out there! I tried several therapists before finding Noelle and I have to say, she is an absolute gem! She is incredibly prepared and hits the ground running making the sessions worth their weight in gold. She is focused, specific, direct, and asks the hard questions while still being very nurturing. Fantastic therapist.

Noelle is a great listener and she is a blunt as is needed when providing insight. I appreciate her directness, but also her compassion. She cares and wants you to work towards the best outcome possible, all the while, redirecting your attention away from what's not important, towards all that is important.

Written on Feb 01, 2022 after therapy with Noelle for 2 weeks on issues concerning relationship issues, family conflicts, and intimacy-related issues
I can't recommend Noelle enough! She really knows what she is doing. While compassionate and understanding, she us also very to the point and solution-focused; she recognizes that time is money on here, and insists on meeting over video rather than phone to better connect with you. She was able to see through a whole slew of my concerns at our first meeting and determine a couple root causes then immediately provide techniques to tackle them. She helped me see my problems from a new perspective, and after three sessions we were both confident I had the tools to move forward on my own.
Thanks so much! I'm excited for the year ahead.

I've now seen Noelle 3 times. She and I both prefer video chat, which I appreciate. I've never seen a therapist before so I was not sure what to expect, but I am beginning to find that her perspective on things is helping me arrive at a better understanding of what is going on inside me. She is calm and reassuring, but she also doesn't sugarcoat things. I trust in what she is saying and the help that she is offering. I will continue to see her until I can completely remove my head from my ass. Thank you so much, Noelle.

Noelle is a great professional, you'll see it since the very first minute of your conversation. She knows what she is doing, she knows what you need and how to achieve it. She knows how to do it quickly and efficiently! At the same time Noelle is a very warm and supportive person, full of empathy and wisdom. I feel so lucky to be able to work with her. Thanks a lot for your help, Noelle. You are truly incredible!

I have only just started therapy with Noelle few weeks ago but she has been really helpful already. She is quite experienced and does her best to keep you focused on the reasons why you are in therapy in the first place and gets you to think outside the box (especially if you've been stuck in the box for a while!). I'd highly recommend Noelle to anyone looking to really sort some stuff out!

Noelle has fundamentally help me understand my short comings to a degree of acknowledging them and the work that needs to be done. She truly understands things about me that I never understood in a different light and her guidance has been phenomenal. She is quick to answer any questions or reply to any journal entries that I share with her. Truly thankful for this experience and mode of deliverance to those in need.
