Nora Nelson, LCSW, LICSW
About me
Hi,
I graduated from University of Michigan in 1980 with a Masters in clinical social work. I have 40 years’ experience helping clients reach their goals. I have worked with children, teens, adults, seniors and groups.
Flexibility is important in a therapist and so my approach is eclectic. I draw from those therapies that help clients change their beliefs and life long storylines. In this way, different attitudes and behaviors take shape.
I strongly believe that each person has the ability to grow and transform. Building a relationship with a skilled and compassionate clinician can be a very powerful force. Together we can work on bringing to awareness those beliefs and systems that no longer work for us. Changing these beliefs can affect every aspect of your life.
