I also integrate other modalities as needed such as CBT, DBT, Narrative, Collaborative, Emotion Focus, IFS, Structural Theory of Dissociation, Trauma Model, Humanistic and, … There is no one size fits all in therapy.
My therapeutic experiences come from working with individuals, couples, families, groups; there is no discrimination, if I cannot help you because your problem is outside my scope of practice then I will inform you of such and redirect you to where you can find the help you need; while working from an integrative systemic, strength-based solution focused perspective. I am truly passionate about helping other individuals to live their best lives. I believe every person has the ability to heal and achieve his or her fullest potential with the appropriate help from compassionate supporting helping professionals or therapists.
