Dr. Dalila approaches health from both an emotional and spiritual perspective. She is incredibly insightful and intuitive - she has a way of helping me reframe my thoughts without infringing on my autonomy as a person. She gathers her wisdom from so many different traditions and backgrounds but remains grounded in her own unique experiences as a Black woman. She is the best therapist I've ever had - her gentle but firm approach to healing has helped me reconnect with myself. She is incredibly adept at creating safety and trust between her and her clients. I would recommend Dr. Dalila to everyone. The world is a better place with her in it.
Dr. Dalila is very empathetic and capable. I am happy to have her as my Therapist!
Very supportive and carinf
Dr. Dalila has been very helpful in my journey to recover from a mentally abusive husband. She is a great listener and gives me great advice to help me move on to a more productive life.
I really enjoyed my time working with Dr.Dalila. We had sessions for a few months and I felt better after every session. My job gave free sessions through better help and if I could afford to continue the sessions I would. I recommend her for a lot of different issues.
I always feel heard and seen by Dr. Dalila. She's thoughtful and helps me think about things in different ways. She's non-judgemental and patient. I really appreciate having been connected with her!
So far she has been lots of help. Honest and professional
Dr. Dalila has been very supportive to me during my time of transition. She has given me the tools to heal and move forward with my life while correcting old thinking patterns that have been playing on repeat for years.
Dr. Dalila has help me in the last two weeks and held me accountable and see that things in my life were sometimes out of my control and she is helping me learn how to help myself. I would recommend her to anyone.
