About me

Welcome! I am so happy you are here! My name is Olivia Bailey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been providing therapy since 2014 when I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. I have helped clients with a broad range of concerns including anxiety, stress, relationship issues, grief & loss, behavior modification, compassion fatigue, and expats living and working abroad. After my studies, I began my career as a medical social worker and had various opportunities providing therapy in outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as in the Emergency Department.

My approach to therapy is person centered and wholeheartedly believe that a therapist needs to meet their client where they are at. Each individual knows themselves the best and as your therapist my job is to help provide you with a safe environment to explore your emotions, challenge your thoughts, and provide a “tool box” for you to use to better yourself and reach your goals. You will find that I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy with my clients; but each client is different, and it is important to tailor therapy to meet each individual need.

Outside of providing therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and being on water when possible!

I look forward to working with you!
