Olivia has been very supportive and helpful over the last 9 months

I’ve had 3 sessions now, and feeling lighter already. Olivia positively questions my thought processes, and allows me to see situations from a different, better perspective. I feel heard and understood in our sessions without feeling judged, which is a great feeling when opening up about the bad parts of your past and present. Olivia has been great, and I’m excited to continue working with her.

Having had a handful of sessions so far, I can confidently say that during every session with Olivia I find myself looking at certain aspects of my life in an angle I haven't really considered before. I started working with her with no clear goal in mind, and this, I originally thought would be a bit of an obstacle for Olivia when it comes to establishing meaningful communication between us, but to the contrary of what I expected, there was an immediate understanding between us. This could only happen because of how effortlessly she managed to set up this safe space where we can openly talk. She is very easy to talk to, partly because of her welcoming personality, and partly because talking to her feels very human, no buzzwords, or clichés being thrown around (if at all, that is always on my end). Her thoughts are always genuine and thought-provoking - and these I am excited to ponder further after our sessions throughout my week. It is a great thing to be able to take something like that with me outside of our sessions.
