I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with over 7 years of experience working as a counselor and therapist. I graduated from Walden University with a MS in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with a wide variety of clients with a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, career changes, OCD, and ADHD. I have also people who have provided genetic counseling and physical trauma and emotional abuse counseling.
My style of counseling is open and engaging. I also like looking at the entirely person and their background and experiences in order to help. I combine cognitative-behavioral therapy and the humanistic approach. I will tailor treatment to the individual and make a plan that meets your needs.
