My experience with Orlise has been excellent and helpful. She is very understanding and listens. I signed up and was matched with her after my dad passed away. She has been helpful and has provided me with great tips and strategies to cope better with grief and with my personal growth.

I have just begun and she has always been open to hearing what I have to say. She has helped me set goals for my mental health and given me tools to help me along the way. She is straightforward and doesn’t beat around the bush which is something that is an honest breath of fresh air

Talking to Orlise and working through my thoughts and worries have been so helpful. She listens and it makes me feel so comfortable to be open with how I'm feeling. She is like a mama who gives you advice with love. I highly recommend her. You can tell that she loves what she does.

Excellent therapist and just wonderful person overall. Really feels like you are sitting down with a wise aunt or mother at the kitchen table pouring your heart out and getting positive encouragement, sound feedback on life’s regrets. I hate to recommend her because that will be less time I can have with her, but I highly encourage checking her out. She’s the best!!

Orlise is amazing! This is my first time trying out therapy and she was truly helpful in my journey of self-love. She definitely does give you some tough love but it’s necessary and that approach worked for me. She also provided a lot of helpful exercises that I continue to incorporate today. Would definitely recommend Orlise! Thank you again for all your help! I had a great experience with my first therapy and now recommend it to everyone. :)
