Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with over 7 years of experience in the field of counseling. I have worked with a variety of individuals and issues, to include children, teenagers, and adults of all ages. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and anger management to name a few. I also have worked on relationship issues, family interaction challenges, parenting issues, career needs, and everyday challenges.
I strongly believe that as a counselor, I am here to walk with you on your journey not to lead it or take it over. My counseling style is interactive, collaborative, and inviting. I invite you to fully engage and become involved, and emphasize the importance of your voice. I am open, warm, compassionate and respect the thoughts and feelings of others. My approach is a mixture of Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt, Person Centered therapy, and other styles applied based on your needs.
I know that seeking therapy can be a daunting task and very intimidating, and I look forward to walking this journey with you as you transform your life.

Osanne is the best therapist I’ve EVER had. She’s understanding and will also tell you how it is!!
Osanne is an incredible counselor. She brings her personality into the session, which made me feel more at ease and appreciative of her realness! I always felt heard and understood by her, and she helped me sort through some difficult familial issues I was having. She's kind, gentle, but also not afraid to tell you the truth. I'm so thankful for my time with Osanne and would recommend her to everyone!
She has been an incredible support and helped me grow so much over the time I've worked with her

Osanne has been amazing in how she has helped me work through various challenges, she helps me to "own" my stuff and encourages me all the way.
Very kind and understanding, helps me better cope with day to day and persistent issues
Osanne is an amazing counselor. As a first-timer I didn’t know what to expect, but she’s supported me in so many amazing ways - I feel seen but not judged and like I’m working toward a healthier and better version of myself - all because of her kind and knowledgeable approach. I appreciate her - she is kind, thoughtful, cool, funny, and able to challenge in a gentle and safe way that leads directly to personal growth. I’m excited to continue this work with her.
Osanne seems to have a wide variety of experiences and able to deal with the dynamics and drama of family issues.
Osanne is extremely attentive and as I’d like to call her is my “blind spot.” She’s really great. Easy to talk to. She’s making my process a healthy understanding one.
Osanne is a very lovely counselor who listens to you, brightens the call up and makes it a safe place to speak about whatever without being judged. I really love the solutions and analogies that Osanne provides and can always combat many of the worries that I have had. I would definitely recommend Osanne to other people looking into counseling.
