Thank you for visiting my profile and taking time to look for someone who will be a good fit for you. Taking the first step in seeking help for an issue is sometimes intimidating but you did it!
Let me ask you a few questions:
When was the last time that you felt truly happy?
Are you struggling with loss and feel that no one understands?
Have you suffered circumstances that have left you feeling distant, abandoned, or betrayed from those you love?
Are you repeating patterns in your life and need direction to make other choices?
Do the days and months on the calendar pass without the joy and excitement that you once felt about life?
Whatever problem that you face, there is help. You deserve to be heard by a nonjudgmental, caring, empathetic therapist who will encourage you while creating space for you to move forward and break free of the barriers that are keeping you stuck. I look forward to meeting you and starting this journey together.
