About Me

I am a professional counselor, licensed in the state of Georgia with over 8 years experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients who are navigating depression, anxiety , PTSD, trauma, and relationship challenges.
My counseling style is motivational, compassionate, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and sensitivity. I also believe people are resilient and can heal from their past; therefore, I do not judge anyone. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic psychotherapy, trauma-focused therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and Neurofeedback.
You have taken another step towards healing. I will be here to support and empower you on this part of your journey. I look forward to meeting you soon.
Warmest Regards,

Pamela makes me feel heard. She listens to all the things I bring up, and challenges me to dive further into what I'm going through. She has been a blessing and I am thankful for the opportunity to work with her!
