About Me
I have been working as a behavioral health therapist for over 20 years. I have extensive experience in both mental health an addictions counseling. I have a master's degree from Gannon University in Counseling Psychology. I work in a person centered manner allowing the client to direct their therapy and work on the issues that they find the most pressing along with helping them to see potential pitfalls and areas of concern. Clients I work with are better able to get their life on track and feel more fulfilled and at peace with themselves.

I've had a really great first experience with therapy. Pamela has been thoughtful in her responses and has provided me insight that's brought a lot of perspective to my challenges. Very happy I started therapy and very happy with my pairing.
Pamela is a genius: she had tremendous experience and knowledge in her field. I always felt very lucky and privileged to have her as my therapist. Her compassion and care also made me feel much better.
Pamela made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, and really seems to understand, relate and empathize with the situations and feelings I have brought to her. She's very straightforward and gives me actionable things to do so I can work through my feelings of grief outside of our meetings.
After only one session with Pamela, I began looking at my situation from a different perspective. In my opinion, her process and approach to my particular state of mind was beyond helpful and beneficial to me. Looking forward to our next session!
Pamela is very understanding, non-judgemental and overall very good at her job
I look forward to talking with Pamela each week. She listens, takes notes, and gives me helpful constructive feedback. Her years of experience and how well spoken she is, makes me confident in telling her my deepest insecurities, fears, and secrets; overall having her as my therapist.
Thank you Pamela!
