I am a clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in the areas of adoption, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, work issues, family relationships and parenting. I am licensed in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota and Florida and am here to help you with whatever you may be struggling with right now.
Everyone has times that seem more difficult and reaching out for help can seem overwhelming, scary and like you are giving up on being able to solve the problem yourself. I provide non-judgemental support to help you explore your current struggle, how you would like things to be different and options available to you to change your current situation. I will help you set goals for changing the situation and provide resources and possibly homework so you can try new ways of thinking or acting that might make a difference. I will want to hear from you about what is working and what is not working because our time together is all about you. This is a safe place to learn how to set your own expectations and explore your dreams for what you would like your life to look like now and in the future.
