Pamela Walker, LMSW
About me
I want my clients to live their best life. I want them to be whole spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. That's why I obtained a Master's degree in Social Work and for 40 years studied and mastered the concepts of the mind-body connection. I have been a Master Social Work Professional for over 30 years.
I believe nothing that happens to us occurs in a vacuum. What manifests in our lives resulted from sustained thought and emotion then became physical and behavioral. Resolve the thoughts and emotions, change the behavior. Teaming with and standing for my clients through the therapeutic process, we decide together where to start and where to end, marking milestones along the way.
To enhance the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I whole-heartedly endorse the use of the Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping. It is a simple, energy-balancing technique endorsed by the American Psychological Association. Tapping makes change easier. My clients rediscover humor, fun, inner strength, confidence and self worth. You ready?

Pam is terrific!
Have been seeing her for over a year and there’s definitely been a positive shift in how I view myself, life and others. This has translated into healthier strategies in dealing with issues as they arise. I look forward to continued growth as we explore more areas that have been problematic.
Thank you Pam!

I love Pam. She is truly a light and has helped me so much. The days I just need to yap she listens and the days I am present to make progress she meets me there too. I’m very grateful for her.

Pamela was an answer to prayers at a time in my life where I needed exactly who she is and the wisdom she offers.
She wasn’t only an ear, but a constant reminder of the life I was working towards. She is as full of love as she is intelligence, which made me feel seen and heard through the education and skills she provided me in our sessions.
If you have been recommended Pamela, take it as an answer to prayers.

Pamela is intelligent , intuitive and very easy to connect with. Her responses and suggestions /recommendations feel like she understood me, respects me. This helps me respect myself. In another way, she is an excellent guide and support.
