About me

As a first-generation Indian-American, I have deep insight into areas of anxiety, self-compassion/self-love, and a sense of belonging. My background has provided me with the ability to connect with others through empathy, communication, and understanding. Through my experiences, both personal and professional, I have found I connect most with women and young adults/adolescents.

An intentional and holistic approach focuses on elevating your therapeutic experience by taking YOU into account: your values, beliefs, and personality. Utilizing a more holistic approach allows for genuine growth in many areas of your life such as career, relationships, and, future decisions.

I bring my authentic self into session, finding a balance between personal and professional to connect with my clients on a much deeper level to encourage growth and a safe space for change. I want my clients to feel heard. It is my goal to work together and communicate effectively to build a healthy, intentional foundation for you.

Parthi is the best. She makes me feel heard, helps me to understand and validate what and how much I am feeling, and she makes me feel like I'm talking to a person, not a professional. She balances the path between personal and professional incredibly well and I'm so incredibly thankful to have her as a counselor!!!
