About me
I've spent my career helping people grow and mature on a very personal level. I have a Master's Degree in Applied Psychology and over 25 years of experience practicing psychotherapy. I specialize in helping individuals recover from trauma, difficult experiences and challenging childhood memories. I frequently use EMDR to help individuals resolve internal conflict and better manage themselves in relationships. I also work with couples and families to strengthen relationships and help clients learn to resolve conflict. Other areas of application include life coaching, sport psychology and the integration of psychedelic experiences. I also teach mental skills to groups and individuals. These groups utilize techniques and theory from Mindfulness Meditation, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Sport Psychology, Yoga and the Martial Arts.
