About me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor currently practicing in Lexington, Kentucky and see client’s from all of the state of Kentucky via Telehealth. I have been practicing for past 5 years, receiving my Masters of Arts in Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2016. Additionally, I studied Pastoral Counseling, receiving my Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Columbia Theological Seminary in 2013. While in Georgia, I served as an ACPE chaplain intern at Children's Hospital of Atlanta.

My counseling style is warm and non-judgmental, leaving unhelpful labels and "shoulds" at the door. Making changes in you life, especially in early adulthood is difficult. I want to be here to help you do just that. My approach to therapy is integrative, based on your specific needs, with an emphasis on Jungian, client-centered, narrative counseling and play therapy.

I consider my work with each client to be a privilege and an honor, as I know welcoming people into the most vulnerable spaces of our lives takes courage. I look forward to walking this path with you.

If you prefer live chat sessions over video or phone, please message me. I may be able to schedule you sooner than what visible on my schedule.

She is very good with helping me see many different aspects of a situation and guides me to finding my own solutions. She has many resources and clearly has an active net for catching everything out there that could be a great resource for her clients.

She is very kind and compassionate. I feel like she really listens to me and understands (or at leat tries to understand) what I am going through. She has given me many great tips to help with my anxiety.

Patricia has been amazing. I started seeing her when I was at a very low point and felt very alone. She listened, helped me recognize I was in a cycle of abuse, and supported me as I left that situation. Through all of this she has been my cheerleader and it feels really good knowing I have her in my corner.
