As a licensed therapist in New York, I bring over two decades of dedicated experience supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and trauma with compassion and cultural sensitivity.
I specialize in addressing social anxiety, personality disorders, couple discord, substance use disorders, domestic /community violence, suicidal ideation connected to depression, racial discrimination, grief/loss , communication difficulties in spaces, post-traumatic stress, and helping individuals rebuild after significant life transitions/events. My approach emphasizes self-love, personal empowerment, and developing healthy coping strategies.
