About me

Hello! My name is Patti, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in the state of Georgia. I have 17 years of experience working in the mental health field. . My expertise is related to individuals that experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, self esteem. I have also worked in various settings: out patient clinic, in-patient c:risis unit, school system, I worked in a private practice setting. I have worked with young adults, older adults. My experience also includes working with Department of Juvenile Justice, probation/parole, Department of Family and Children Services.

Life can take us down roads/pathways that we didn't expect, creating challenges. I would like to help you build a safe and secure journey back, to build your self esteem, teach you coping skills/strategies. To help you see your full potential. Together we can develop goals, work on strategies, to get you were you want to be, and to feel good about yourself, build your self esteem, to know that your life matters, you matter. In my therapeutic approach I use: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. I would consider it a honor to work with you. I would like to be a part of helping you achieve your goals.
