He has completed Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training and often utilizes TF-CBT to help individuals who have experienced trauma. He also draws from years of Play Therapy experience, which is often helpful for younger children to express and process their experiences; he is currently pursuing certification as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). Paul utilizes client and strength-based, solution-focused and narrative approaches to therapy.
I specialize in working with those with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, LGBTQA issues, parenting challenges, behavioral difficulties, anger, phobias, adjustment to life difficulties, and family transitions.
