I feel that working with Paul has made real, tangible changes in my life for the better. This has been my first true experience with any type of therapy and I couldn’t have imagined a better person to work with.

Paul Dang is respectful, insightful, compassionate, and practical in his approach. I feel that he understands me and my personal goals that I hope to achieve through counseling very well. Bottom line, he hits the nails on the head.

After almost a year of counseling with Paul, I can say he is a pleasure to work with. He is kind, reassuring, and very understanding- but he’s not afraid to dig deep to some issues you may not have ever fully processed, all the while being there for you as you work through those issues. Every session feels very much like a specific plan written with you in mind- no cookie cutter, one sized fits all approach. He also always ends sessions on the most positive note positive, which is such a drastic change from other therapists I’ve seen where I’d walk out the door crying and dread coming back. His optimism, yet realistic attitude shows you in itself that he practices what he preaches, so to say. His common sense approach makes concepts easy to actually apply to your life, and I feel like I’ve grown immensely in the time we have worked together. I would recommend him to anyone seeking help!

Paul is very attentive, encouraging, and understanding. He makes sure you feel listened to and is reassuring that he is there for you. By far the best therapist I’ve had the pleasure of working with.
