I am a retired licensed clinical social worker who decided to resume a private practice upon recognizing the mental health impact of the Covid 19 crisis. With over 22 years of providing counseling I have the clinical knowledge and expertise to help alleviate the pain and isolation that many of us are feeling during this transition back to ordinary life. My areas of expertise include helping clients reduce stress and anxiety, cope with grief and loss, manage anger and other difficult emotions and learn how to lessen the effects of trauma and abuse. My approach incorporates mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing and trauma reduction techniques. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments and for more information you can visit my website at paullandmantherapy.com
