About me

I am an experienced LCSW who has worked in both health and mental health settings. I have provided counseling and psychotherapy to adult individual and couples using traditional psychodynamic, cognitive. and behavior modification techniques . I like to work within a solution based problem-oriented model, as I believe this is effective for clients seeking relief from painful feelings and conflicted situations. I have also worked in acute care medical settings and as a care manager. I can offer support and practical and affordable solutions for issues of disability and aging that impact individuals and their families.
I look forward to engaging with clients seeking a therapist who believes that there are no right or wrong answers to problems; it's a matter of listening, and examining options to decide what works best.

Paul is very compassionate and willing to offer multiple helpful suggestions and try new things. I instantly felt comfortable speaking with him and had no problem opening up which has been my problem in the past. I would recommend Paul to everyone!
