There are times in our lives when life events challenge us and they can affect us all physically, psychologically and emotionally. Counselling offers you the opportunity to take some "time out" to focus on your own well-being; it provides a safe place to explore difficult situations and the emotional and psychological difficulties that arise because of them.

As someone who was very anxious to start therapy again after negative experiences with a therapist in the past Paula has changed my view on this and made me feel safe and listened to and like I am capable of change in the future, whilst reassuring me it won’t be an easy road but it will be worth it in the end

I’m not the most tardy when it comes to timings and appointments and Paula has tonnes of patience and understanding when it comes to this. I’ll never take this for granted even if my lifestyle gets in the way of regular appointments.
